I have been baking since before I can remember, my mum encouraged me to bake from a very young age and this is probably what sparked my passion for baking. It wasn't until about five years ago that I really started to pursue baking and cake decorating and be more experimental. The skills I have gained over the past few years have been learnt through TV shows like Cake Boss, YouTube and blogs so I thought it was time to give back and share some of the skills that I have picked up over the years. My blog consists of recipe's and baking tips that I hope help and inspire you to bake.
